Aeroflot Finally Got the Permission for Boeing 777-300ER Commercial Flights

Aeroflot has finally got the permission for new long-haul Boeing 777-300ER aircraft and immediately puts it into service. The air company received the long awaited green light from the Russian aviation authorities on February 04, 2013. Russia’s largest air carrier took delivery of Boeing 777-300ER at Seattle manufacturing plant at the end of January 2012 and on February 05, 2013 at 20:40 (Moscow time) Aeroflot will celebrate the inaugural commercial flight of this aircraft on Moscow-Bangkok route. American Ups 777-300ER Backlog to 20

American Airlines has increased its order for Boeing 777-300ERs to 20, says chairman and chief executive Tom Horton. The Fort Worth-based Oneworld alliance member previously disclosed an order for 15 of the type, split between 13 firm orders and two options. It was not clear whether the additional five aircraft are options or firm orders. Boeing’s online orders and deliveries page still lists firm orders by American Airlines for 13 777-300ERs. American 777-300ER Inaugural Flight

American Airlines will begin service on its new Boeing 777-300ER later today, with an inaugural run to Sao Paulo Guarulhos from Dallas-Fort Worth.
